About the Massage Therapy Program

Massage therapy is more than relaxation. It's a hands-on healthcare practice grounded in anatomy, physiology, and technique. OMNA's Massage Therapy Program prepares you to work with the human body in a way that helps people.

Great massage therapists don't just relax muscles. They help people move, sleep, and live better.

Students build hands-on expertise in Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage techniques, practicing on real clients under educator supervision until every technique feels natural and confident.

Graduates leave ready to sit for the MBLEx licensing exam and step into roles at spas, wellness centers, chiropractic offices, and sports medicine practices.

Massage therapy is one of the few healthcare fields where building your own private practice is genuinely accessible: your own schedule, your own clients, your own rates. We prepare you for that path from day one.

The Omna Approach

Hands That Heal.
Work That Matters.

"
Massage therapy is healthcare. When you understand the body (how it moves, where it holds tension, how it heals), you can genuinely change how someone feels. That's what we train for.

Training at OMNA goes beyond technique. Students learn anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology so every session is informed by real understanding of how the body works.

Hands-on practice covers Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage, plus specialty add-ons like hot stone, cupping, and reflexology, giving students a versatile toolkit for any setting.

Body mechanics and self-care are built into the program, because a therapist who knows how to protect their own body can build a longer, stronger career.

Client communication and assessment are built into every step. Students learn to listen, evaluate, and adapt: skills that build trust and a loyal client base wherever they choose to practice.
